Loving someone with suicidal thoughts is incredibly hard, let alone seeing your loved one trying to commit it. You can’t imagine how hard! Luckily, it’s the past.
My quotes about mental health helped her get out of the darkness. At least for the most part. Back then, however, I felt like every single day I kept stepping on eggshells.
Anything could trigger M’s negative thoughts, especially her father, who at the time used to say very upsetting things. But that was the time when I noticed the power behind mental health quotes.
Since ancient times, Greek philosophers quoted beautiful, clever, very useful sentences. Today, they are no less important. Furthermore, quotes are vital to helping your partner get through tough times, both – physically and mentally.

Two of my most known to our reader’s quotes about mental health are “No amount of anxiety will push me away” and “The best gift you can ever give to a chronically ill partner is your unconditional love and support”.
The first one is the title of my book that is yet to be published. A few years back M wasn’t in the best place mentally. She struggled a lot with anxiety and depression.
During her anxious periods when she experienced severe panic attacks, I stood by her side, and each time I reassured her that everything was going to be okay.
These panic attacks lasted usually between 10 and 15 minutes draining M of energy and leaving them pretty shaken. My presence kept her feel safe and hearing my supportive quotes made her feel even better.
